Sidekicks Enter Critical Stretch
of Their Schedule

As the holiday season and a new year approaches, so does a crucial stretch of the Dallas Sidekicks’ schedule. The team enters December with a 4-1 overall record and will play six games during the holidays, including five in December and one on Jan. 3.

By the time 2015 rolls around, the Sidekicks’ 2014-15 season will be more than half-finished and the team will be looking to make a strong push for key playoff positioning as they seek a fifth indoor soccer championship.

Fans will have numerous opportunities to cheer on the Sidekicks during the holidays. Three of the six holiday games will be played at home, beginning with what is sure to be a fierce matchup with rival Hidalgo La Fiera on Saturday, Dec. 6. The next weekend, the Sidekicks will host the Tulsa Revolution on Sunday, Dec. 14. This match doubles as the team’s holiday celebration with fans who will have the opportunity to take free pictures with Santa.

After consecutive weekends on the road, the Sidekicks return to Allen Event Center on Saturday, Jan. 3 to once again host Hidalgo. This match will be a special one for the Sidekicks as the organization will hold its second-annual Dallas Sidekicks Alumni Game at halftime, where former stars, including Head Coach Tatu, will face off in a scrimmage.

Dallas will also have home games on Sunday, Jan. 18, and Saturday, Jan. 31. The match on Jan. 31 will be Faith and Family Night and will also feature a Parade of Teams, where all soccer players are invited to march the field during halftime in their jerseys to show their team spirit.

All Sidekicks home games are played at Allen Event Center. Tickets for all Sidekicks games start at just $9 and may be ordered online at ticketmaster.com or by calling 469-200-GOAL.
